Your Journey to Food Enlightenment

My name is Matthew Frost, a self appointed food critic, yet holding no experience in cooking itself. To put into perspective, I have difficulty making porridge as much as I do steaming hams, but I hold the capacity to review food based on how it tastes, not how it looks or how it is presented. If it tastes good, it is good!

I believe that the true magic of food comes from three main, and primary, factors; the taste, the texture and the price. If all three are satisfactory, one has achieved true heavenly bliss, however if even one is not to your standard, a meal can be ruined in a mere instant.

In this blog, I will seek to inform you of my opinions on food items, using my knowledge of the laymen, and not seeking to fluff it up with fancy words. True food heaven will be met when one follows these simple rules.
